DO A FEW MINUTES OF MEDITATION EVERY MORNING

Meditation is another good way to get your day off to the best possible start. Doing a few minutes of meditation each and every morning will put you in the best possible position to ensure you’re able to empty your mind of negative and stressed out thoughts. You’ll instead put yourself in a much better and more positive frame of mind to start the day.

Trying to be present in the moment can make a big difference as well. If you’re not present in the moment as things are happening, it probably means that you’re fretting over things that have already happened or you’re getting stressed out about something in the future. Neither of those two things are going to help you relax or reduce your daily stress levels though.
