You may not realise this, but your daily choices impact much more than your physical health. What you think has an impact on your health, and in turn, your health affects the way you feel. And how you feel (for the most part) dictates the lifestyle choices you make. That’s why so many people turn to a glass (or bottle) of wine after a rough day at work or choosing to eat candy when they feel anxious or upset.

I specialise in helping people recover their wellness by focusing on determining which lifestyle changes would benefit their body most, which movement will be enjoyable and promote a better mind and body connection, and how to repair their health after giving up drinking – from a Dry January or Sober October to a desire to take the plunge and embrace a zero alcohol lifestyle.
Individual plans customised to meet the needs of each client. Wellness is about change and requires a growth mindset. So often in life, we run our bodies ragged by living in a state of disconnect between our mental, emotional, and physical health. Health looks different for everybody, and the recovering process is much the same – what works for your best friend, may not work for you.
What type of therapy services do I offer?
I offer a number of nutritional services, including; deficiency assessments, cognitive behavioural coaching for emotional eating, and sustainable nutrition lifestyle guidance. I also offer nutritional assessments for people who have recently given up alcohol which aim to recover wellness through better nutritional choices.
In addition to nutritional consultations, I also offer personal training and weight loss/maintenance coaching. Included in the personal training services is fitness for alcohol recovery – learning to use exercise to heal the body and assist in achieving the best life that can be lived.
For even more mind and body connection, I offer Swedish massage services (Glasgow local only) and acupressure for restoring digestive health. Did you know that 70% of the immune system lives in the gut and the gut aids in the development of disease-fighting T cells? Massage therapy and Acupressure methods help to repair equilibrium via the body’s meridian lines.
